About Grigore Pitis Therapy
- I believe that human beings need warm, kind and compassionate social connections in order to feel calm and to explore unconscious processes.
- Life has brought me many riches, but none as great as those which my clients and supervisees bring every day in my counselling room.
- Being in a position where I can empower others to improve their relationship with self and others is a true gift.
- I specialise in working with felt sensations within the body.
- Traditional talking therapy still has its place in my counselling room, but what I also know is that the body keeps the score and if we ignore the felt sensations, we miss the opportunity to fully connect with our unconscious processes or to release trauma.
